I am one of those people who absorbs other people’s emotions, I take them in and feel their joy or their pain with them. This is why I cry so much when I watch tv shows, and why I sometimes can’t talk to people about their problems, if I do I have to make sure I feel okay before hand, I have to make sure I can take it in. Being at school was okay, because (for the most part) I was surrounded by love. But now that I’m home I’m with people who are dealing with anxiety, and are very self conscious and its bringing back my anxiety and self consciousness. And it hurts because I worked so hard to get rid of it and its coming back and I can’t do anything to stop it except rest from socializing and breathe. So thats what I’m going to be doing. Resting, and breathing.
